Troop 434 Scouts and adult volunteer leaders are very active. The Troop is sponsored by All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody, Georgia . Meetings are held every Monday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Scout Hut at All Saints Catholic Church.

Troop 434 goes on one weekend activity every month. This can be anything from a hike on the Appalachian Trail to our annual Ocoee River white water rafting trip in Tennessee. The hikes that the Troop has taken during the last couple of decades have been throughout north GA, TN, SC, and NC. The favorite hikes of the Troop are listed here. The Troop has been to Summer Camp at Bert Adams, Skymont, Daniel Boone, and in 2010 we are going to Woodruff Scout Camp. Troop 434 has also sent Expedition Crews to Philmont Scout Ranch for backpacking in NM during the summers of 2003. 2005, and 2008. We have another Crew going to Philmont with the Atlanta Area Contigent in 2010!
